cyx Passes Away

Guys and Girls you may have already be aware of this but i felt it necessary to post up here anyway.
A gaming legend and someone who i have always envied and admired passed away recently. Mousesports Antonio 'cyx' Daniloski was tragically killed in a car crash on the way home from the Intel Extreme Masters in Shanghai. The cadred story can be found here: Cadred Link
Below is a video made by Mousesports in loving memory of Antonio 'cyx' Daniloski - May you rest in peace and find eternal happiness. Even if you are newer to the scene and do not know cyx you can take it from me this man is a true great. Beneath the tribute video is the mousesports 2008 - 2009 movie: Read, Willing and Able showing just how great this man was.

Hey guys!
Now i know a lot of you already know about this game and have it installed, and i also know a lot of you don't! haha but I've gotten it pretty recently and thought it was literally, off the chain good! had a lot of fun and it reminded me of the days were we used to play Killingfloor/L4D a lot along with css and what ever else!
I'm thinking we should start playing it co-op mode together as it would be pretty epic, especially having damage shouting "AH FUCK THERE ALL AROUND ME WTF" ahahaha just thinking about it makes me laugh! now c'mon lads, lets get it all installed and start playing those fun chill out games together again like we used to!

Rasta I40 BBQ Announced!

**SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE**
So the Rasta BBQ has officially been announced as of now. The BBQ will take place on the thursday @ around 6 pm. This is to make all of the non-rastas queueing to get in more jelous and hungry.
This news post is to outline information about logistics, Times and Selection.
When: Thursday @ 6pm (Rock up earlier and catch some of the test runs before I go into BBQ frenzy mode)
Where: In secondary car park outside the grandstand. Just ask cr@zy where he was so glad to experiance the rain.
Who: All of rasta, Ex-rasta and Friends of Rasta are elible for the BBQ.
What: Salmon + Pepper kababs, Butterflied king prawns in a chilli marinate. An assortment of Sausages (Traditional, Pork+leak, Pork+Chilli), Homemade 100% Steak burgers (I make these myself lads), Chicken in a lemon + thyme marinade, Chicken Marinaded in my homemade BBQ Sauce.
Why: Well with the community growing as it is and Rasta supporting so...

#Rasta-Gaming frag clip competition #1

To all editors and budding movie makers. Every last Sunday of the month we will be hosting a fun competition to edit a clip of my choice. Judging will be done by two legends of Rasta-Gaming. The proctor and The JUDGE. By doing this competition I hope to expand our library of Rasta footage on the website. Also this should develop a movie making community within the organisation. I know we have many talents in our ranks and are not using you guys to your full potential.
Just so happens the first clip is something by myself. I know it isn't the best frags but its on topic so to speak. The idea for this competition came from the reactions and different ideas in this post: Arky by Kelton
So yeh, have a go guys. Will be interesting to see the response on this. I expect something from blanks at the very least

Vladimir is an extremely active caster/tank champion. He excels in making terrible blood-related puns (listen to his in-game voice-over) and killing his enemies both by himself and with the help of his team. He’s extremely fun, active, and possibly as stylish as Taric!
His main draw is Transfusion. The cooldown drops with level very rapidly, making it your primary skill. The healing you receive from it will also fund the rest of your spells, making you rely on regeneration less than normal. While Sanguine Pool and Tides of Blood are excellent skills, the star of the show in team fights is Hemoplague. With the right team, Hemoplague will win you the fight singlehandedly.

Some Major Changes To CSS

Valve and Hidden Path have been quick to release this update from the last, the tapping ak/m4 has now been fixed! but with every fixed bug comes a new one, there is now a weird echo on the AK but it doesnt bother me that much, but it should be fixed pretty soon....all though the question on everyone's minds is, once they fix it...what bug will be next?

Official Rasta-Gaming Teamspeak 3 skin is live!

Over the last three to four weeks, P.Gunna has been toiling away at his pc (missing out on valuable amounts of LoL & CS:S ) to create a practically, completely custom TS3 theme & icon pack for us.

As you can see from the pictures above; it is a very significant overhaul to the look of the program. This all came to be, mainly because Gunna & Myself have HUGE PC screens (28" & 30" respectively), which, when filled with large areas of white; absolutely destroy their retinas. Gunna found a custom theme for people to use in place of the default Teamspeak style, but, it wasn't quite what he, nor the members of Rasta HQ were looking for. One night Gunna said (I wasn't actually there, he was talking to himself. He paraphrased for me):

Tuscan removed from Thermaltake Qualifiers

Multiplay have wisely removed Tuscan out of the Thermaltake cups map rotation. This is due to exploits involving spammable boxes that have made the map unplayable competitively. Nuke will be replacing it for tonight's games. Until there is an update Multiplay have stated that Tuscan wont be played in the Thermaltake qualifiers. I wonder if other leagues, cups and lans will follow suit.

Rass (inactive due to Real life and wow but plays a few times a week)
Both our Danes are sick and if you play us when they are playing be warned they both cheat heavily!
My team has also been competing in EDCSSL division 3. Last season we should have been in division 1 but gave our spot to Rasta. as we where semi-inactive. By chance a team dropped out of division 3 and we took the spot. We kinda failed and only took 3rd by the end of the season due to us playing with mix teams each week with little or no practise. This time round, although the practise has been minimal, we have had more st...
