A team that understands how to play the game, not just good aimer, bunch of people who are dedicated, and enjoy improving as a team, simply said but not many understand the true meaning... I have been a caller for a couple of years and I find that people expect "you" to do most things in and out of game, like knowing when there is a match. Just like in football, Ronaldo doesn't practice Basketball all week to go play football at the weekend for Real, I think you understand what I mean. People who instead of wanting to put in their extra time to play "pub", go and find their only teammate online and say, hey lets practice that flash/smoke we did in training, or let's play a pub, but work as a team. Without the team leader saying anything. So mainly, Dedication, Motivation and Own initiative...Just to start with....so simple to understand hard to master.
