This little piggy went to market!
So at I39 I got a load of flack for not fronting 150 quid for one of my hogroasts.
So this time im organising a hog roast and i will be following it through this time (blanks will be pleased :P ) It will be taking place on either the thursday or the friday, depending on the schedule of the games.
Since I39 we have expanded our menu considerably. Still avalible is the Hog roast or the Lamb roast. An entire pig for only 150 quid (ish) Lamb is marginally more expensive, by about 20 quid.
Since summer is upon us, i thought it would be a good idea to forget about the pig, the 4 hours cooking time and the busling crowd demanding a pork roll. I thought it would be good to have either a BBQ with an assortment of meats, OR i could take my brand new purchase for a test run.
Ladies and Gents, I must announce to you that i have brought my very own (brand new) FISH AND CHIP VAN!!!! This van is totally pimped out with 3 MASSIVE fryers a fridge for drinks and food and plugs for things like radios/CD players. and it can be parked anywhere!! imagine being able to chill in the carpark, smoking, listening to music while eating fish/sausage/SF chicken and chips???? With this van i can server 150 ppl in an hour :D
