With there only being 150 tickets remaining, 120 booked and not paid for, just over 3 weeks to go and the potential £5,000 prize money i think i need to stress - Book now if you havent! You may have already noticed the seating defrag has begun and you will find yourselves being sat with your team mates if you werent already, should you have been waiting to sort a seat before you booked, now is your time, as the tickets wont last long.
So whos already attending? Let me give you an idea of the competition in store. We have some of Europes finest crossing the water to the UK with the likes of VeryGames(Fra), eXelon Gaming(Fin) and OX.Enermax(Ita) all qualifying in the Thermaltake Online Qualifiers along with the UKs very own TLR, instantly setting the standard for the prize winning tier. They arent the only ones attending though, we have FragMasters, DEMONiC, Rasta Gaming, Twisted Play, and The Imperial all in attendance in force and the list goes on. All will be competing for the grand prize of up to £5,000 and the chance to be on the main stage to show the rest of Europe how good you are.
Should that not be enough here is a list of a few of the other activities over the weekend:
- Demon broadband providing Multiplay with a 1Gb line for the duration of the event!
- World Cyber Games National Finals - Including Trackmania and Fifa 10 on the PC - Tekken 6, Forza Motorsport 3 and Guitar Hero 5 on the Xbox360 - Win a trip to LA!
- Left 4 Dead 2 - ESET are Fighting the Infected at insomnia40, with some great hardware up for grabs such as the i7-980x!
- Starcraft 2 - 1v1 - up to £1,000 up for grabs and a load of kit from Razer's Starcraft 2 range.
- World Cyber Games Samsung Mobile Challenge - Play Asphalt 5 on the new Samsung Galaxy S, and win a trip to LA!
- Relentless - With a huge live stage outside the main grandstand and the Relentless truck inside, there's a double whammy of fun activities.
- Microsoft - Showing all of their latest peripherals in the exhibition hall and supporting the WCG play area.
- Iiyama - Displaying all of their latest displays, including the new 3D ready technology.
- Multiplay WCG Stand - Take part in all of the World Cyber Games last chance qualifiers, as well as a Dino PC Grid competition and all sorts of free to play and mini competitions.
- Watch DJ Dev from Radio 1 perform a live DJ set on Saturday night from 6-8pm outside in the paddock.
- Experience some great food, including BBQ, Hog Roasts and an outside bar, right by the action.
- We've also got even more Bars open on site. The Copper King building will be open as usual providing the full range of products, but we'll also have bars on the second floor of the Grandstand, and the Ground and First floors of the Berkshire stand!
- Delivery to your desk is making a return, including the all new Pizzas and even alcoholic beverages.

We just expanded to 12 competing games - the largest we have ever gone i think and my first time as Tournament Manager hahaha :D Loving life 2k10! Just as an update to all you guys also, you can see our very own Ryan "Arky" Kingsley in the CSS Admin team as he will be taking over my role as CSS Admin due to my move to overall Tournament Manager as well as Stephen "biggie" Poncia working on the Multiplay WCG MuG stand! Congratulations to those 2 for being picked up and watch out for them owning insomnia40 - Be ready for your initiation lads hahahahaha!
